As the very darkest of the year approaches with the Winter Solstice, we are brought back to the mythical cave as a portal between the worlds. The seeds of this time of deep listening and sacred dreaming call out through the quiet. Sometimes they are a whisper on the wind, sometimes a watery tableau that morphs into something else as quickly as it is glimpsed. As they giggle and dance in and out, these seeds weave hints and teasers of what may be to come, as they begin to nestle themselves into the warmth of our inner soil for hibernation and gestation. What have you glimpsed, heard, felt or sensed? What longs for the support of sacred witness even in its wobbly-legged beginnings and not-yet-fully-formed state?
